2)Place/Location of the Firm/business.
3)Date on which each owner/Partner join the Firm/business.
4)Full Name with detail Permanent Address of both owners/Partners.
5)Duration of the Firm/business.
6)Application shall be signed by both owners/Partner(s).
7)Certified of True Copy of Both owner(s)/partner(s) of firm.
8)PAN Card Number.
9)TAN Number Allotment.
