You can go ahead doing your Business without GST Registration and try to convince your customers that you are not eligible for GST yet. Remember, you cannot charge GST to your customers. Since you have not charged your customers any GST, there is not question of your customers getting any input credit. However, if your customers still insist for GST bill you can go for GST Registration and charge GST to your customers after getting the registration.
