For HPVAT Taxpayers (Registered Dealers of Himachal Pradesh) 

You have to login to HPTAX gateway 

After Login, Make beyond any doubt that POP UP has been empowered for this site in your Browser. 

When Pop-up has been empowered, a Window opens which contains your GST Provisional ID and Password.

For Punjab VAT Taxpayers (Registered Dealers of Punjab) 

You have to login to PETAX entryway 

Temporary Login Ids and Passwords will be accessible in the workplaces of Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioners. Merchants can gather the fixed envelopes containing temporary login ids and passwords from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from the particular ward in-charges.

For Kerala VAT Taxpayers (Registered Dealers of Kerala) 

You have to login to Kerala Taxes Portal. 

Enter the login Id and Password.
