How do I get a NGO registered in Tamil Nadu, I need the step by step detailed procedures to be followed?

NGO can be registered in Trust Act or Society Act. Registration under trust act is useful if author is donating any property to the society. If there is no property involve then society act will be best for the NGO. In India 80-90% NGO are registered under society act and NGO registered under society act will also get Trust registration certificate along with Society registration certificate. So in our opinion society registration will be better.

The process of NGO registration is 1-2 months long. We help NGOs in document preparation only, after drafting the documents we handover it to NGO and they has to submit it with charity commissioner. After submitting the documents with charity commissioner he will call you on given date for further registration process. Our fees for the registration documentation is Rs. 3,000. To draft your ngo documents we require some information from you.

Please see NGO Registration Information form and resend it to us with proper information.
