No, for GST enrollment you needn't bother with any security store or assurance in India. You can just specifically go and enroll for GST enlistment. 

Prior, for VAT enlistment one is required to put FD with the business assess office to get the enrollment. However, now the necessity has been evacuated. You needn't bother with any FD or certification.
